Single chain type is specialized to produce Horizontal finger joint system. The output utilities can reach 120/150/180 pieces per minute. It is the best choice for customers who need Horizontal finger joint.

FAH Introduction
NO.1
One of the most important design to the brush device is division rotate.
NO.2
Stable hook and the rail system of horizontal finger joint shape.

The saws designed from FURNIMATE. Double scoring saw in shaper, makes the machine more stable.

We make the hose for shaper pressing, some other supplier make spring for it, but spring broken easier.

There is one buffer device between two shapers, the design make the machine broken less and remove the abnormal fast.

Active spindle, it will make the horizontal finger joint complete more (not teared at the end).

The glue system is optional from AP of USA, it will make spares purchasing more convenient.

Alignment inspection (kicker) of optional, when it detect the bad finger, the device kick the timber out.

Conveyor of hole, it will make timber stable, not left on the table the user need to connect dust collection device on corner conveyor.

There are two infeed roller at the assembler. it install at FAH only. The roller fix the timber and make it at the correct location.

Optional outer hanging saw is necessary when the machine run multiple cutting out feeding, it will make producing smoother and keep the high fast speed running.

Top pressing of assembler (only at FAH model), it avoid timber jumping.
